A Foxtown Station Styled Shoot Filled with Gingham, Crystal, and Romance

When it comes to creating unforgettable event design, the perfect venue sets the stage. For this stunning styled shoot at Foxtown Station, an inspired vendor team came together to craft a tablescape that balances rustic warmth with modern elegance. This fresh, romantic styled shoot showcases exactly how versatile Foxtown Station wedding or celebration can be with your Tablescape selections.

Setting the Scene at Foxtown Station

Foxtown Station was the ideal canvas for this shoot with its industrial architecture and soaring ceilings. The open floor plan and abundant windows let natural light highlight each carefully chosen detail. The team of creatives, led by Heather Farr Events and La Terre, designed a reception space that felt inviting, airy, and timeless.

Elevated Event Rentals from Tablescapes

Tablescapes Event Rentals provided key design elements that grounded the look in sophistication and polish. The seating featured our Raw Contemporary Chairs, their clean-lined wood frames adding warmth and an understated modern edge to the space. Place settings began with natural woven chargers, layered with the Rimmed Ivory Dinnerware Collection. The soft ivory tones and subtle rimmed detailing achieved the airy inviting feelings were hoping to achieve.

The flatware was a standout detail, featuring Mother of Pearl Flatware that paired polished silver with pearlescent handles. Pure Crystal Glassware from Tablescapes completed the design, sparkling against the natural light and adding an elevated touch to each place setting.

The Finishing Touches at Foxtown Station

Windy City Linen’s neutral and stylish gingham linens softened the tablescape, creating a welcoming scene that complemented both the venue and the rentals. Airy white blooms by La Terre added layers of romance with delicate greens, and garden-inspired arrangements that spilled naturally across the table. Each setting was topped with stationery by Hall Creative Co., featuring soft, modern calligraphy on organic-shaped place cards that felt both personal and elevated.

Teak and Ivory styled this look with an editorial eye, working in every piece seamlessly, from the knot-tied napkins to the crystal lamps that glowed softly over the tabletop. The result was a design that felt equal parts modern farmhouse and timeless romance.

A Complete Creative Vision

This collaboration at Foxtown Station showcases how thoughtful event rentals and inspired design details can completely transform a blank canvas into an editorial-worthy celebration.
